RETURN AND EXCHANGE

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Incorrect/Incomplete orders or orders that have been canceled can be fully canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. After the order has been shipped, the process is handled within the framework of the Right of Withdrawal outlined below.

RETURN POLICY;

1) INSPECTION OBLIGATION;

The Buyer must inspect the product subject to the contract during delivery by the shipping company. If the product is damaged or defective, such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc., during this INSPECTION, it must be returned without acceptance by drawing up a report to the shipping company official. It is mandatory for the Buyer to carry out these checks, and products received without inspection are deemed to have been delivered undamaged and intact.

2) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL;

The products you have purchased have a protective tape. Products with opened tape will not be accepted for return or exchange due to hygiene rules. Products with intact packaging and intact packaging sent within 7 days will be accepted for return, and the shipping will be at the buyer's expense. It is essential to contact us regarding the products you want to return.

***According to the official gazette, products with opened packaging due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.

***Products mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature cannot be returned or exchanged according to the contracts.

The products you send to us will be examined by us. The return of products that have been damaged, lost their resalable property, and cannot be sold by another customer will not be accepted, and the shipping and similar expenses will be borne by the buyer.

3) EXCHANGE;

In the event of a product exchange request, as stated within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal above, the product must be absolutely unopened, in its original package or box, with no damage to the inside and outside packaging, and not used. The protective tape affixed to the bottle by our company must not be torn.

For the exchange, the invoice, user manual, promotional brochure, etc., along with all accessories must be sent to us undamaged and complete with the product.

You need to send a letter with the original invoice and the reason for return and the products you want to replace.

If your return reason is accepted by us, and if there are products you want to replace, the product will be shipped after the price difference and shipping cost are paid by you.

There is no return or exchange for discounted products.

Products are inspected and processed within 7 days after reaching our company. Exchanges are not accepted for products whose resaleability has been compromised.
